Site Based Waiting list

Interested applicants may pick up an yellow interest card at Thomas Bean Towers or 1401 Mariposa St. at DHA’s Admission and Occupancy Department.

These cards are labeled “Tax Credit Only”

All completed cards must be mailed and postmarked by the US Postal Service. 

 Once your name comes to the top of the list you will be notified by letter to pick up a packet of forms that need to be completed. This may take 6-12 months.

Once you complete the packet, an interview date and time will be scheduled. At the interview, all documents will be reviewed and a credit and criminal background check will be processed.

Once approved, your name will be put on a waiting list.  As vacancies become available names are taken from the waiting list.

The rent is based on  affordable fair market amounts for studio and one bedroom sizes.
