Three Towers
Three Towers consists of three buildings described below, which are independent projects.
Hirschfeld Towers – Located at 333 W Ellsworth in Denver
DHA will be working with LVI Environmental Services on Abatement and Interior Demolition of the site. Hirschfeld Towers has been completely vacated and work started in January 2007.
The abatement and interior demolition is anticipated to take four months at which time it will be turned over to the Pinkard Construction for extensive renovation. Upon completion of the renovation, Hirschfeld Towers will have 202 one bedroom and 7 two bedroom units for a total of 209 new units. Expected completion date is Dec. 08.
Mulroy – Located at 3550 W. 13th Ave in Denver
Construction is scheduled to start August 1, 2007
The General Contractor is J.A. Walker Construction
Once complete, Mulroy will have 29 efficiency / studio and 21 one bedroom units for a total of 50 units. All units will have A/C as part of the renovation. Expected completion date is Aug. 08.
Walsh Annex – Located at 1775 W Mosier Place in Denver
Construction will start August 1, 2007
The General Contractor will be Pinkard Construction / DRG Construction... Upon complete there will be 59 efficiency / studio units and 41 one bedroom units for a total of 100 units. All units will have A/C as part of the renovation. Expected completion date is Aug 08.
