The Denver Housing Authority conducts five types of inspections: Initial Inspections, Annual Inspections, Quality Control Inspections, Complaint Inspections, and Emergency Inspections. During the initial inspection and at the time of a rent increase, DHA must perform rent reasonableness to determine if the asking rent is reasonable for that unit.
