Janitorial/Maintenance
Entry-level position offering a variety of tasks and an excellent benefits package. You’ll perform residential janitorial and grounds maintenance work in addition to prepping and cleaning units. Requires ability to perform strenuous tasks, readiness to work with minimal supervision, and ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools. A high school diploma or GED, valid CO driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record as outlined by DHA auto insurance are required. $12.86/hr to start.
