OVERVIEW

At the Park Avenue Redevelopment site, there is a planned 873 unit project underway. This site will offer mixed income rental along with affordable and market rate homeownership opportunities. Currently we are constructing 91 rental units scheduled for completion in early 2008.

Five Points features many cultural amenities including culture centers, museums, one of Denver's newest library's, exceptional coffee shops and cafes,  and the  Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble studios.  The Park Avenue Redevelopment will also be within walking distance to the light rail, many new and enticing restaurants and the down-town central business district.
