Section 8 Leasing Process
Voucher
The initial term of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (“HCV”) is sixty (60) days. No extensions are given, except when the family is granted a reasonable accommodation due to disability.
If the family does not lease-up within the 60 days, the family is cancelled from the Program.
